Metamora State Bank is presently owned by a one-bank holding company known as Metamora Bancorp, Inc., formed in 1985 to ensure its continued operation as a community bank. Currently serving on the board of directors are David Pifer (Chairman of the Board), Kathleen Fischer, James Armstrong, Jan Watkins, Constance Reichert, Richard Balhoff and Joseph Damman.
