How To Enroll
- Click on ‘Online Banking’ Tab
- Choose ‘ First Time User?’
- It will prompt you to open a new tab in your web browser. Click Continue.
‘Let’s Get Started!’
- Input your Personal Information and Contact Information, Verification Questions, & Enrollment Request.
- (Create a Username and a *one-time Security Code - *you will need this later on in the Enrollment process)
- Hit the Submit button.
‘Your enrollment request has been submitted!’
- A New Enrollment notification will be sent to the bank. We will call you to verify your identity within 1-2 business days. If you do not receive a follow up call, please give us a call at (419) 794-3404 to finish your Online Banking Enrollment.
- Once verified, we will approve your request and an email will be sent out to complete your online banking setup. The email will include ‘Digital Banking Setup’ Click on the link. Input the *one-time Security code you set up in your enrollment process.
Create a Password
- At least 8 characters long. Have an uppercase and lower case, include a number, and a special character.
Security Questions & Answers
- Select a question from each of the three drop-down menus and select an answer for each.
- *Each answer must be at least four characters.
Accept Terms
- Your New Online Banking will now be setup! You will have access to Bill pay, transfer funds from account to account, Electronic Statements and more! If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at (419) 794-3404. Thank you.

Features
- FREE – The best feature of all is that this is a FREE app that will benefit all banking customers.
- Card On/Off Feature – If you misplace or lose your debit card, you can launch your mobile app and turn your card off instantly. If later you find your card, you can then go back in and turn your card back on. This is an excellent security feature that protects you while traveling or going out.
- AutoLogin – This allows you to set up your mobile banking so that when you launch your app, your balances screen comes up without requiring a login. On this screen, you are only allowed to view balances and see your last few transactions. If at any point you want to do more, you just touch the screen and it will prompt you to login. NOTE: If you use this feature, it is highly recommended that you update your phone to require some type of security passcode to access your phone.
- Location/Contact Us – You are able to get location and contact information as well as our banking hours with just the touch of a finger. The contact information includes phone numbers to both branches, credit card number, and AFTER HOURS debit card number. You can access these from the mobile app without logging in; making it convenient and extremely accessible.
- MOBILE DEPOSIT – Capture and deposit checks right on your phone! Just choose “Deposit” from your menu and follow the easy on-screen instructions to deposit your check. Remember to endorse your check with the payee signature and also “For MSB MOBILE deposit only”. It is important to have this information on your check or your deposit will be rejected.
- SPIN - (P2P) Person to person payment service, which allows you the ability to make simple and instant payments. You will see the option to add payees from the My Payees screen OR by initiating a New Transaction and choosing "+ Add New Payee" on the screen.
Notes
To access MSB MOBILE you must have online banking services with Metamora State Bank. If you are not already an online banking customer please go to the home page, click on first time user and go through the setup. It’s quick, easy, and so convenient you’ll wonder why you hadn’t done it before!!
Safe Deposit Boxes
Keep your important/irreplaceable documents and valuable items safe and secure at our safe deposit boxes available to rent.
We offer six (6) different sizes of safe deposit boxes.
Features
Cost is as low as $20.00 per year.
Secure and protect your important documents and valuable items from natural disasters (fires, floods, etc.) and theft.
Requirements
Boxes are billed annually.
Only you and your designate agent have access to your boxes.
Money Orders and Cashier’s Check

Notes
Money Orders can be purchased up to $1,000.00.
- The fee is $4.00.
Cashier's Checks can be purchased for any amount.
- The fee is $6.00.
